Ping SME

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Ping Identity Platform, including:
• Collaborate with security architects, application developers, DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and adherence to security best practices.
• Design and build secure, scalable IAM architectures leveraging Ping SDKs (ForgeRock SDK) for custom development and application integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across the Ping Identity stack.
• Implement and manage Blue-Green deployment strategies, preferably in containerized environments Docker/Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
• Integrate identity solutions using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM and REST APIs.

We are seeking an experienced Ping Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity suite. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience implementing multiple Ping Identity solutions, particularly in complex and secure enterprise environments.

• Deep understanding of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Ping Directory Services (Ping DS)
• Ping SDK / ForgeRock SDK
• Ping Identity Gateway (Ping IG)
• Hands-on experience in customizing workflows, access policies and attribute mapping.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity products in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AWS and experience with EKS is a strong plus.
• Ping Identity Management (Ping IDM)
• Ping IG / ForgeRock IG
• Ping Access Management (Ping AM)
• Strong, demonstrable experience with:
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA or Farmington Hills, MI as required.
• Ping IDM, AM, DS
• Proven experience in Blue-Green architecture deployments, especially in cloud-native or containerized environments.
