Tasks

-Provide superior client service through providing objective recommendations. -Own sourcing compliance and controls across PDS. Identify and develop opportunities for improvement. -Effectively manage supplier(s) to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the region and associated accounts. -Comply with all JLL and client policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice. -Provide superior employee management in a matrixed organization. -Responsible for Business Intelligence spend analysis to identify sourcing and value creation opportunities. -Drive the use of the PDS preferred supplier program (Synergy) to drive value to Project Managers, Accounts, Clients, and our Synergy supplier partners -Work closely with HR to track internal and external bench, assess needs and fit, and manage HR requests such as IPMP, Talent Review, Promotions, and other corporate talent development initiatives. -Continually manage/assess suppliers through scorecards. -Establish and maintain relationships within Americas’ Leadership across all business lines. -Lead, develop, and/or execute on strategy for direct oversight of Sourcing & Procurement (sourcing, contract, risk management, and vendor management) functions. -Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business. -Provide strategic vision for all Sourcing and Procurement aspects of the PDS business including best practices and innovation. -Identify risks and opportunities to management and recommend strategies to achieve company goals. -Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance. -Establish defined Career Paths for teams, and succession and growth planning concepts.

What You Bring

-Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications -10+ years of supervisory experience -Self-motivated and able to perform the role with minimal supervision; takes ownership and demonstrates sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. -Excellent communication skills – oral and written. -Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 15+ years strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred. -Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment. -Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
