Tasks

-Prepare detailed estimates including quantity take-offs, material pricing, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs -Work on high-profile projects such as stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities -Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions -Review historical data and compile summary reports to inform future estimates -Define and quantify scope of work and develop conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates

What You Bring

-Experience in architectural, structural, and civil estimation -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -Background in project management, construction management, and commercial construction -Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite -PMP or PE certification -Familiarity with Revit -Proven experience estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports facilities -10+ years of estimating experience -Strong collaboration and communication skills -Open to candidates with relevant project experience from 5–7 years ago -Client-facing experience
