Tasks

-Conduct owner training sessions and guide staff on proper procedures. -Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and inspection requirements. -Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems. -Oversee field service operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. -Generate lead referrals through project activities and support sales initiatives. -Coordinate HVAC service technicians, subcontractors, and project personnel. -Support and train service technicians, including weekend/night work when required. -Manage equipment start-ups, installations, replacements, and documentation. -Review project profitability and provide input on scope, pricing, and execution strategies. -Liaise with customers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Bring

-7+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service management or mechanical field leadership. -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -Proven ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. -Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent technical training/experience. -Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
