Asset Management focuses on asset strategy, business plan development and execution, investment performance, investment decision analysis, lease analysis, redevelopment management, and refinancing/disposition analysis within the operating portfolio. The associate will be involved with quantitative financial modeling, asset performance analysis, developing business plans, and reporting for our multifamily portfolio. The role will collaborate in a dynamic team environment and interact with teams across our core functions, including: portfolio management, acquisitions, development, capital markets, property management, corporate strategy, innovation, design and construction, and leasing.

  • Analyze and manage tracking of various ongoing capital projects in coordination with design & construction teams and property management.
  • Provide analytical support to assist with the asset management function of existing properties, including quarterly valuations, cash management, hold/sell analyses, and other ad hoc sensitivity analyses
  • Complete market research – through third-party data providers and communication with local brokers – to compile relevant lease comparable, sale comparable, competitive sets, development pipelines, and general market data
  • Annual budgeting and reforecasting in coordination with property management, design & construction, leasing and accounting teams.
  • Prepare presentation materials and proposals with responsibility for written and graphic requirements
  • Execute on or establish an asset’s business plan; coordinate with investment partners and participate in meetings with internal teams as well third-party consultants, such as architects, engineers, and marketing agencies, in furtherance of the asset’s business plan.
  • Managing refinancing and disposition activities, as they arise.

Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
