Overview

Design plumbing systems for commercial buildings using Revit/AutoCAD.

Tasks

-Participate in the development of system design calculations as well as the selection of equipment for use in buildings -Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings -Perform site surveys to determine and document existing conditions -Coordinate work with other disciplines -Complete specification writing/editing as well as code compliance research -Prepare detailed design documents and -Provide construction administration services

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required. -Possess an excellent work ethic and attitude -Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work -EIT/ PE a plus -4+ years of experience of plumbing design -Knowledgeable with codes, standards and design guidelines -2+ years of experience using Revit -Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office -Strong communication and time management skills
