Tasks
-Maintains positive relationships with current client as assigned. Informs Operations Manager and Sales Manager of potential opportunities to market Jacobs’s services. -Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of program to ensure that goals/ of the individual project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. -Directs and coordinates activities of Site Construction Teams to ensure project progresses on program schedule and within prescribed program budget. -Responsible for monthly financial reporting requirements and forecasts. -Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for the entire program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. -Initiates / reviews / Approves all scope changes and or additional scope additions by the client. -Develops and maintains effective communications and working relationships with client as well as staff -Serves as a representative of Jacobs at meetings, presentations, and reviews relative to assigned project. -Manage a large EPCM opportunity, responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of the program including but not limited to Safety, Financial, Technical, ESG and Client Relations. -Assures that program complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints. -Encourage the project team to seek opportunities to deliver superior customer value and earn client loyalty.

What You Bring
-Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), preferred -Must have strong project management skills and effectively manage scope, schedule, and budgets for large, complex projects. -Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferred -Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field, not required -Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural/Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline required -Planning, project management, staff management, and business development experience is required -At least 20 years of experience as Project or Construction Manager preferably in the Biopharma/Life Science Industry
