Tasks

-Review job cost reports to monitor labor and material expenses. -Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. -Ensures material, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained by Foremen and Carpenters in a timely and efficient manner. -Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves some nights and weekend assignments. -Ensures adherence to the construction scope detailing time and material specifications, and communicate to the management any discrepancies in the scope. -Ensures the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects. -Schedule, price, and monitor subcontractor performance -Ensures technical problems with installations and troubleshooting assignments are communicated to the Regional Construction Manager. -Adhere to and enforce all company policies specified in the Employee handbook and DSI safety manual. -Ensures the productivity of all Construction division employees. -Direct communication with customers throughout the entire project to ensure excellent customer service. -Always keep a clean and neat jobsite leaving a first-class impression of our work. -Management and scheduling of direct report Carpenters. -Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service. -Assists in change order estimating, approval process and documentation. -Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

What You Bring

-Pass background check and drug screen -Must have a valid Drivers License -Reliable transportation -Xactimate experience -preferred -Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred) -Comply with all verbal and written safety practices including the use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Read and comprehend all applicable MSDSs for chemicals that require special handling and use of PPE. -Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs. -Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously -Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience -Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills. -2 years Project Management Experience (preferred)
