The Role
Overview
Oversee and manage bridge infrastructure maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi.

Tasks
-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow -Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to improving work processes -Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usage -Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle -Manage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards -Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on-site -Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment -Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively -Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi -Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
