Tasks

-Development and management of all contract provisions with subcontractor terms and condition language -Cost Reporting (internal & external) for all Potential Change Orders (PCOs) -Manage subcontract COR process inclusive of all required cost / quantity evaluations, estimating, negotiations & preparation for review by Project Manager & Project Executive -Maintain PCO Tracking and execution of all project change requests from inception to final execution -Manage Subcontractor Payments and required documentation. -Manage owner change directive process inclusive of all required cost / quantity evaluations, estimating, negotiations & preparation for review by Project Manager & Project Executive -Review all owner notices and properly documents and asses impacts for review with the project team -Work with the Project Team for drafting letters / notices for review in coordination with project day to day demands -Work with the Project Manager / Team for Input, Monitoring, and Implementation of the JDE Quantity Book

What You Bring

-Experience working with heavy construction projects -Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering, cost analysis, or financial management for construction infrastructure or building projects -Excellent written and verbal skills -High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or similar from an accredited institution preferred. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills -Proficient in cost management software (Procore) and HCSS cost estimating tools and software, including Excel, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
