Tasks

-Provide all safety related communications -Assist with FAA repair station SMS governance and compliance -Ensure compliance with Rolls-Royce control standards -Assist in incident reporting in the SMS system -Conduct all safety related training and maintain organization safety records. -Conduct safety inspections, compliance checks, for OWS to include field operations -Conduct safety incident investigations -Ensure compliance to OSHA regulations -Lead OWS safety officers to improve the safety culture

-Associate’s degree with 4+ years of occupational health and safety experience -Proficient with Microsoft applications -Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational health and safety -High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of occupational health and safety experience, OR -In order to be considered for this position you must be a US Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
