Tasks

-Works with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company values -As part of the Ireland HR team, supports and participates in projects across the country that support our HR priorities -Provides HR support focused on a variety of areas that enable the delivery of business goals, such as: Engagement & culture development, Talent development & Succession planning, Performance Management support, Compensation & rewards support, and Organisational design/High Performance Organisation development -Provides effective coaching for leaders through handling of complex employee relations issues -Works with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategy -Supports organisational people projects and their associated people implications -Supports the site management and HR team with HR analytics and process supports

What You Bring

-Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels -Ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful delivery -Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business -Experience working in a large multi-national manufacturing environment would be ideal, but background is less important than outlook -Degree or 3rd level qualification in Human Resources -Good working knowledge of Irish and European employment law framework -Proven track record of HR delivery, either in a HR Business Partner or HR COE role -Effective at coaching and managing multiple stakeholders -Previous experience with HR systems such as Workday also desirable -3-4 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably with experience of working in a HR Business Partner role, but all HR disciplines will be considered -Desirable: CIPD Qualification or evidence of equivalent Continuous Professional Development -Data analytics experience and excel skills are desirable also
