Prepare and serve patient meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene.

Tasks

-Ensure food safety compliance by following HACCP procedures, cleaning protocols, and correct food handling practices -Accurately complete all food safety documentation and actively participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils to a high standard -Receive, store, and rotate stock following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and report low stock levels -Prepare, assemble, and plate hot and cold meals according to dietary requirements and menu plans

What You Bring

-Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate or Workplace Hygiene Certificate -Previous experience in food service, kitchen hand, or catering roles (healthcare experience desirable)
