Tasks

-Maintain accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce CRM. -Lead, motivate, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Sales Professionals to achieve reservation, settlement, and price growth targets. -Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, families, and partners to deliver a seamless customer journey. -Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Development to align sales performance with business objectives and local market opportunities. -Lead a passionate team within one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing retirement living providers. -Champion Levande’s customer promise by embedding values-led, relationship-driven sales practices. -Drive accountability and professional development across your team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. -Analyse market trends and performance data to inform pricing, strategy, and continuous improvement.

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Sales Manager – NSW to lead a high-performing state sales team, drive growth, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales management, and deep stakeholder engagement to help shape the next chapter of Levande’s success. -Proven experience leading multi-site or regional sales teams in retirement living, residential property, land lease, or lifestyle sectors. -Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capability. -Proficiency in CRM and digital sales platforms (Salesforce preferred). -A track record of delivering results through customer-focused, relationship-based selling. -Exceptional leadership, coaching, and influencing skills to build capability and engagement. -Experience managing long sales cycles with empathy, persistence, and integrity.
