The Company

About Apex Clean Energy

-Backed by major capital partners like Ares Management and SK Gas, Apex has commercialized billions in wind, solar, and storage projects. -Its portfolio spans utility‑scale wind farms (like the record‑setting Aviator Wind and Great Pathfinder), large solar installations, and emerging green hydrogen ventures. -Apex pioneers capital recycling—selling stakes in completed projects (e.g., Pinnacle II, Great Pathfinder/Mulligan)—to fund fresh developments. -Typical projects include multi‑hundred‑megawatt wind and solar farms under long‑term power purchase agreements with utilities and corporations. -The firm leads in distributed and community solar, and pairs renewables with energy storage and green fuel technologies, such as wind‑powered hydrogen. -A standout fact: it helped develop the first and largest wind‑powered hydrogen plant in the U.S. with Plug Power, targeting decades‑long impact.
