Tasks

-Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, BOQs, and profit planning. -Maintain precise commercial records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015. -Prepare and submit monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts. -Lead interim commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams. -Monitor schedules, identify risks, and collaborate with planning engineers. -Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
