Tasks
-Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed -Provides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation. -Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy -Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements -Provide support for minor service calls as needed -Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations -Collaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques -Provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets

What You Bring
-Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check -Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim) -Advanced knowledge of framing and construction, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others -Advanced finish carpentry skills, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others -Advanced finish carpentry (step trim and wide trim) -State Contractors license preferred -Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry -Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door) -Broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices -Advanced understanding of water management, PLUS ability to effectively Teach/Train others -Initiative; ability to work independently. Flexibility; willingness to work variable work schedules· Ability to lift up to 83 pounds -Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels -High School Diploma or equivalent experience -Advanced understanding of building codes PLUS ability to effectively Teach/Train others -Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, PLUS ability to effectively Teach/Train other -Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality -Advanced listening, empathy and conflict resolution skills, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others -Advanced math skills, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others -Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability -Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions -Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others -Advanced knowledge of service parts, procedures, and installation, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others -Demonstrate strong project management skills -Basic math skills -Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures -Adheres to proper safety techniques and procedures -Advanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.) -Advanced communication and conflict resolution skills, PLUS ability to effectively teach/train others
