Yard Operative

Overview

Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping and support yard operations at Swindon depot.

Tasks

-Maintain documentation either paper or electronic as per site specifics -Ensure that the workplace is well maintained and clean -Assist on site commissions and de-commissions as labour, cable pulling, housekeeping etc. -Adhere to QHSE standards -Carry out basic maintenance as per work instructions in accordance with Aggreko standards

What You Bring

-Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team -Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment- ideally within a outdoor working environment -Self-driven with strong communication and people skills -Forklift experience is highly desirable -Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work -Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
