Tasks

-Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements -Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings -Assist with resident retention and engagement programs -Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments -Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms -Conduct and report market surveys

What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills -Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software -160 hours after five or more years -Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents -Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month -120 hours after two to four years -80 hours in the first year -Willingness to complete online training courses
