  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
  • Extensive knowledge in planning, designing and managing transportation projects to move people and goods safely and reliably.
  • NEPA Studies, Outreach and Visualization
  • The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year
  • Solid relationship and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and strong organization skills
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Transportation Design for roadway & highway design projects
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable roadway and drainage modules
  • Experience in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Driving Record
