Tasks
-Maintain up-to-date job records and documentation in Podio. -Book and coordinate drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients. -Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into scheduled surveys and works. -Liaise closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and reports are completed accurately. -Track profit margins, issue invoices, and follow up on payments in line with company terms. -Managing job bookings and tracking systems. -Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures for financial accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency. -Coordinate drainage works projects - confirm tradesmen availability, order materials, arrange access, and manage project progress through to completion. -Track and follow up on quotes, manage approvals, and convert successful quotations into scheduled works. -Delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the company’s reputation for excellence. -Highlighting where issues are and ensure drainage jobs are running smoothly. -The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal teams. -Responsible for maintaining high standards of communication, operational efficiency, and project documentation. -Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team. -Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring expectations are managed and satisfaction is maintained. -Act as the key communication point for all parties involved in drainage - including clients, internal staff, subcontractors, tradesmen, and suppliers.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable using CRM or project management platforms. -At least 2 years drainage experience is preferred. -Computer literacy - MS Office, Google documents -Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. -Minimum of 3 years proven background / experience in scheduling of works, coordinating and project administration within the property services, construction or facilities management industries. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear client-facing manner. -Demonstrated experience managing job bookings and tracking systems (Podio experience preferred but not essential as full training provided). -Excellent team and client management skills essential. -Excellent communication and customer service skills essential. -Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham, SW London area. -Professional telephone manner with the ability to handle both client inquiries and contractor liaison. -Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards. -Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure and accuracy. -Excellent diary management skills and must be adaptable.
