Tasks

-Develop clear, concise, and compelling written strategies and messaging for competitive pursuits and interviews -Support company-wide business development efforts as needed -Develop detailed proposal schedules and manage multiple concurrent deadlines -Prepare proposal content including tailored resumes, standard company information, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral as needed -Prepare proposal outlines, concepts, and formats designed for maximum scoring -Lead marketing training sessions for technical staff -Work with proposal teams to create and execute a winning strategy for key pursuits; ensure teams have identified the appropriate benefits and differentiators

What You Bring

Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time, experienced Proposal Manager in Irvine, CA (or local to any Anchor QEA office nationwide). This position will focus on leading development and delivery of high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification (SOQs) and includes the following responsibilities. This job does not offer relocation funds. -Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience, copyediting experience, and knowledge of database concepts is desired -Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint -Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines -Experience leading business development and marketing initiatives including basic mentoring/teaching abilities and leadership/managerial skills -Advanced presentation skills to lead interview preparation sessions -Must be able to work remotely, independently, and as part of a dispersed team -Must be team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and highly responsive to internal clients and to other members of the Client Experience team -Unanet (formerly Cosential) CRM experience is preferred -Extensive knowledge of A/E/C industry marketing fundamentals, terminology, and delivery methods -To meet client deadlines and support Client Experience operations across time zones, at times, work is required during evenings and weekends. Candidates for this position must also be able to perform all job functions virtually (e.g., stable Wi-Fi). -Advanced understanding of company brand implementation and QA/QC processes -Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience recommended; Without a degree, 12 years of relevant A/E/C experience required
