Tasks

-Determine equipment malfunctions to locate the source of trouble and make repairs or adjustments -Coordinate with senior technicians for complex malfunctions -Configure toll equipment software, network device IP configurations, and RF configurations -Interpret wiring schematics for troubleshooting and replacing parts -Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras and NVRs -Read and interpret complex schematics, parts/wiring diagrams, and establish test procedures -Diagnose and troubleshoot tolling equipment using various software tools -Remove, repair, and replace damaged equipment -Perform preventative maintenance and frequent inspection of equipment -Assist with the installation and testing of equipment at new and existing tolling sites -Utilize tools such as volt/amp meters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, network analyzers, and basic hand tools -Conduct daily site inspections of tolling equipment and associated systems -Read and interpret technical documents including wiring schematics and equipment manuals -Troubleshoot equipment networking issues, perform hardware installations, and cable terminations

What You Bring

-Ability to read and comprehend technical and maintenance documentation -Follow written and verbal instructions accurately -Knowledge of electronic systems and components -Work safely at heights up to thirty (30) feet and lift up to fifty (50) pounds -Must possess and maintain a valid Class E Driver’s License -Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. -Within one year of hire, obtain COMPTIA A+ Training or equivalent, Aerial Lift Vehicle Operation Certification, Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic Certification, and complete a 10-hour OSHA Safety Course -Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms -Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when required -Recognize electronic components and their functions -Maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner -Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor -Availability for on-call work after normal working hours -Understand computer network principles, computer repair, fiber optic systems, RF systems, maintenance management systems, CCTV systems, UPS maintenance, and facilities maintenance -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Strong communication and teamwork skills -Skilled in the use of technical tools and software environments (Windows, Unix, Linux)
