Tasks

-Monitor project progress and report on performance using appropriate tools and techniques -Identify and resolve issues and risks to ensure project goals are achieved -Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information -Support the project closure process, including the collection and archiving of project documents -Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders -Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports -Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items -Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners -Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and document control
