Tasks

-Advise project management on contractual implications and commercial strategy. -Manage and report monthly costs, cash flow, and commercial risks. -Prepare and manage monthly contract reviews, management accounts, and business plan data. -Prepare and manage interim applications for payment and certification. -Ensure that contract documents are executed and change control processes are implemented effectively. -Lead all quantity surveying duties, including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections. -Support and mentor junior commercial staff. -Draft, manage, and settle subcontracts and prepare final accounts.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience leading commercial management for small to medium projects or significant sections of large-scale projects -Experience in geotechnical / piling preferred -Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline -Essential - NEC Experience
