Tasks

-Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people -Participate in team discussions, adopting and applying direction given -Utilize other toolsets as required and directed by the business (e.g., LCMS) -Ensure compliance with the development plan, schedule, and supporting documentation -Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job -Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -Communicating and promoting vacancies -Take ownership of allocated tasks, monitoring progress, quality, and performance -Develop engaging media content while ensuring quality and compliance with style guides -Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
