Manage structural design of concrete frames and ground works for JRL projects.

Tasks

-Lead and manage the structural engineering design from project commencement though to completion -Lead technical workshops with relevant consultants and internal supply chain, monitor tasks to ensure they are closed out -Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and solutions for NCRs -Plan the construction activities and prepare an information release schedule to ensure the timely supply of construction information -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, geotechnical, façade and MEP -Plan and implement innovative solutions contributing to safe systems of work -Review and comment on specialist subcontractor information where necessary -Ensure designs such as temporary works are code compliant and incorporated with the permanent works -Report any blockers or late information to the relevant stakeholders -Prepare technical reports and submittals -Ensure timely and accurate completion of drawings to comply with project requirements

What You Bring

-Some knowledge of concrete frame construction -Be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative when required -Good skills in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft office -Ability to read engineers structural drawings, architect, façade and MEP drawings -Ability to work to tight deadlines -Communication skills, both written and verbal -Possess or working towards Civil/Structural Engineering qualification -Fluent English Language skills are required -Excellent organizational skills
