Tasks

-Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings -Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality -Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans -Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management

What You Bring

-Enjoys working outdoors and indoors with varied environments -Experience with Fiber Optic cable preferred, and all types of telecommunication cable a plus. -Hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and field challenges -Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills -Familiarity with fiber/copper distribution. -Willingness to learn and grow in the telecom construction trade -2+ years of experience in the telecom wireline construction industry or related field -Skilled at reading and interpreting fiber/copper design prints -Ability to design and plan Aerial and Underground construction best practices -Ability to meet deadlines and contribute effectively in a team environment. -Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and custom software adaptability -Demonstrated track record of high-quality work completion -Proven ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
