Tasks
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate machinery, tools, computers, telephones, and keyboards. -Keep accurate records of sculpting activities. -Adhere to quality, safety and environmental guidelines that align with GSI’S, state and federal guidelines. -Assist in soils earth work and additional duties as requested, including site preparation, operations and clean up. -Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. -Create sculpted concrete (shotcrete) walls, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications and artistic expression. -Finish concrete with attention to detail, ensuring durability and a professional appearance. -Maintain clear and effective communication with crew members, project managers, warehouse, engineers, and other team members to coordinate sculpting activities.

What You Bring
-Proficiently execute varied surfaces like stacked stone, geologic and ashlar. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software preferred -MUST have the ability to travel extensively on a rotating schedule, typically consisting of 2 - 5 weeks working / travelling, 1 week off. -1-3 or more years of experience performing complex, high-volume concrete sculpting, coloring and texturing, preferably in a commercial or public environment. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. -Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications. -Excellent time management skills: proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. -Ability to work at vertical heights. -The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high and hearing protection is often required. -Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds regularly. -Familiarity with sculpting tools and equipment. -The physical environment requires the employee to work both outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. -Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. -Read and understand measurements and technical specifications
