Tasks
Lead strategy. Drive growth. Build high-performing teams. As the Regional VP, you will serve as the key leader for all Georgia-based operations, aligning regional performance with corporate objectives while elevating client satisfaction and team engagement. This role offers the chance to shape strategic initiatives, grow the business footprint, and build a high-performing, innovative culture. -Operations & Performance: Oversee regional operations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and delivery. -People & Culture: Lead recruitment, development, and retention efforts while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. -Client Engagement: Maintain strategic client relationships, lead pursuits and contract negotiations, and ensure project excellence. -Financial Leadership: Manage regional P&L, budgets, and financial performance. -Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and regulatory standards, and oversee risk mitigation. -Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies, identify market opportunities, and lead expansion initiatives.

What You Bring
-Strong track record in strategic growth, P&L management (~$8M), and operational oversight. -Exceptional business development and client relationship skills. -A PE licence is preferred but not necessary. -Proven executive leadership experience in geotechnical engineering, construction material testing, civil engineering, or infrastructure services. -Experience leading multi-office or regional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.

Benefits
The role's base salary starts at $250k and goes upwards DOE. A new and lucrative bonus scheme is attached to the position, in addition to a large PTO package (6 weeks minimum).
