Tasks

-Deliver food to the guests' tables promptly and efficiently, avoiding unnecessary delays or interruptions during their dining experience -Collaborate with servers, cooks, and other staff to create a harmonious and efficient dining service -Assist in providing service where food is finished or prepared tableside -Assist in setting up and resetting tables to maintain an inviting and organized dining area for our guests -Communicate any special instructions or guest preferences to the kitchen staff to ensure the correct preparation of dishes -Provide friendly and professional service to guests, assisting with any additional requests or inquiries they may have -Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate the delivery of food orders to the appropriate tables -Assist in keeping the food service area clean and tidy, including removing empty dishes and glasses from tables

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent required -Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during peak service hours -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals -Prior experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus -Capable of managing time efficiently to deliver orders in a timely manner without compromising quality -A keen eye for detail to ensure that dishes are accurately plated and presented to the guests -Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
