Senior Centre Manager

Overview

Manage day-to-day operations, leasing, marketing, and finances for three shopping centres.

Tasks

-Prepare budgets, monthly reports, rent rolls, and outgoings recoveries while maintaining tight control over operating costs and pursuing rental arrears -Build positive tenant relationships, analyse performance metrics, manage lease compliance, and work with external leasing consultants on negotiations -Oversee property inspections, incident management, contractor supervision, and compliance with OH&S requirements to maintain centres to highest standards -Manage and develop on-site teams (Operations Manager, Marketing Manager) while serving as a professional brand ambassador for JLL -Lead day-to-day operations of North Rocks Hub, Lennox Village, and Kings Langley Shopping Centres, ensuring compliance with Management Agreement terms and KPIs -Maintain regular contact with property owners and identify opportunities to maximise net returns and add value

What You Bring

-Degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is desirable. -Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (including Property Managers) within the State of Western Australia is required. -Previous 5+ years retail property management experience is required with a thorough knowledge of all property related functions and the Retail Act.
