Overview
Drive consultative sales of automotive engineering services to meet revenue targets.

Tasks
-Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, margin and DSO targets. -Provide accurate sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to leadership. -Build and maintain relationships across different levels, including V and C levels, and key decision-makers within target client organizations. -Ensure alignment between client needs and delivery teams for successful project execution and long-term customer satisfaction. -Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline using CRM tools. -Own and drive end-to-end CONSULTATIVE sales for engineering and digital services in the assigned region (Embedded, Mechanical, Digital, and IT services). -Develop / Contribute to a go-to-market strategy to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients in Transportation and Mobility (including Automotive and Rail). -Generate qualified leads, nurture opportunities, and manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract closure. -Drive account mining and farming activities within existing customers to identify new service lines and cross-sell opportunities. -Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and solution teams to craft client-specific value propositions and proposals.

What You Bring
Note: The candidate must be currently based in the USA with a valid work visa. Experience Required: 7-15 Years of relevant experience in Engineering Services Domain Must have: Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development within Automotive Engineering Services -Demonstrated ability to engage with senior client stakeholders (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO, etc.). -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Good understanding of embedded systems, digital transformation, product engineering, and IT services. -Proven success in account management - preferably within Transportation and Mobility domain for engineering services. -Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing proposals and sales forecasts. -Travelling within USA. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. -7-15 years of experience in selling technology/engineering services in North America, ideally with global delivery models.
