Tasks

-Work within multiple teams toward automation of process (FPA, Treasury, Accounting, LTS), as well as creating proper checks and reviews. -Develop reports and dashboards for use in forecasting short and long term trends, as well as to provide information for strategic decision making. Creation of clear and visually appealing work product that connects the dots is a must. -Manage and develop more junior team members, including detailed review of work product before it goes to more senior associates. -Reviews past and current financial performance against current estimates and develop models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions. -Assist with the ad-hoc analysis requests as well as process automation/reporting improvements. -Participate in the weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast process, providing both detailed and high level analysis for support.

What You Bring

-10 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting / Investment Banking / Consulting -Experience with spreadsheet modeling, presentations, Databases, cross team coordination -Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Essbase -Strong knowledge of financial modeling, M&A modeling, and GAAP accounting. -CFA/MBA preferred. -Ability to formulate effective and efficient work plans (focusing on relevant variables) for analysis projects as well as to identify key areas of reporting improvement. -Bachelor’s degree or higher -Detail-orientated to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations -High initiative and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment and perform with minimal supervision through ambiguity and complexity. -Ability to work on many projects at once. -Experience guiding and developing staff.
