Overview

Operate production line equipment to safely produce quality cable products.

Tasks

-Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality. -Loading/unloading equipment. -Performing setups in accordance with established procedure. -Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures. -Participating in cross-training activities -Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product. -Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.

What You Bring

-You must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills. -Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision. -Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. -Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. -Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders. -You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day. -You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day. -High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution. -You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally. -Must be able to pass background check and drug test. -Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
