E Procurement Analyst

Manage Jaggaer eProcurement platform, integrate with ERP, support procurement ops.

Tasks

-Serve as a primary system administrator for the Jaggaer eProcurement platform, managing configuration, user access, supplier data, and workflow setup. -Apply deep analysis skills to identify root causes of system or process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions. -Perform daily reconciliations and troubleshoot transaction failures between Jaggaer and ERP systems. -Support supplier enablement and onboarding within the Jaggaer Supplier Network. -Train and support end-users to drive adoption and satisfaction with eProcurement systems. -Assist in the implementation and customization of eProcurement solutions tailored to organizational needs. -Resolve system issues in coordination with Jaggaer support and internal stakeholders. -Align Jaggaer functionality with business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams. -Support Jaggaer Contract and eSourcing modules, including template creation, event setup, and repository management. -Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, policies, and procedures. -Provide support with specific tasks and projects as needed. -Ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement policies. -Facilitate integration of Jaggaer with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, AX, etc. -Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. -Proficiency in eProcurement platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Prior experience with Jaggaer eProcurement platform. -Familiarity with ERP integrations and procurement workflows. -Enablement mindset. The ability to focus on empowering and ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology. -Ability to quickly learn, implement and utilize new technologies. -Vision. The ability to see and explain how Jaggaer can improve employee experience, engagement, and productivity. -Understanding of the Source to Pay (S2P) process. -Pragmatic and detail oriented. Consistently takes a thorough, accurate, organized, and productive approach. -Analytical and problem solving. Combines and organizes information into meaningful patterns; identifies underlying relationships, causes and effects; and combines pieces of information to form conclusions or general rules. -Solid understanding of procurement principles, RFx processes, and supply chain operations. -Influence. Ability to gain agreement and support with ideas and initiatives. -2-5 years solid hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role with a focus on eProcurement systems. -Communications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Change Management. The ability to effectively guide and sustain people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment. -Dexterity. The ability to learn and utilize Jaggaer to enable new ways of work.
