Tasks
Troubleshooting and Support -Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to project planning and execution. -Diagnose and resolve cloud issues, including performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems. -Perform regular cloud maintenance tasks, such as backups, patching, and updates. -Monitor cloud performance and implement improvements as needed. -Design and develop cloud infrastructure that meets business requirements. -Provide on-call support for critical cloud services as needed. -Implement and manage cloud security measures, including access controls and encryption. -Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing. -Implement, configure, and upgrade cloud services and related software. -Work closely with software developers to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with applications. -Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud services, processes, and procedures. -Create and maintain cloud resources and configurations. -Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. -Ensure cloud services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. -Develop and implement strategies for cloud scalability and capacity planning. -Analyze and optimize cloud performance, including resource tuning and configuration. -Ensure cloud resource integrity and consistency across environments. -Monitor cloud performance metrics and address potential issues proactively.

What You Bring
Performance Tuning and Optimization -Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently, with good time management skills -Team player with proven abilities to work with different teams from corporate functions to project teams -Excellent communication and writing skills -Possessing a cloud platform certification will be an added advantage (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the cloud infrastructure function -Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly.
