-Lead comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to evaluate high-potential investment opportunities aligned with Damac's strategic vision. -Craft detailed financial models, including forecasts, valuations, and impact assessments of potential transactions. -Develop compelling investment reports, pitch books, memos, and business cases to present to senior management. -Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation for evaluations and data management. -Create clear, impactful reports that support the strategic objectives of the Investments & Acquisitions department. -Conduct meticulous due diligence, analyzing financial statements and conducting market research to assess risks and opportunities. -Contribute to policy and procedure development to maintain compliance and service quality. -Deliver data-driven recommendations backed by thorough research and analysis. -Monitor market trends, interpret financial statements, and proactively identify new investment avenues. -Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders by sharing insightful updates on deal progress and investment recommendations. -Uncover new acquisition opportunities through rigorous market research and innovative analysis of potential targets and market entry strategies. -Drive process enhancement by implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting. -Collaborate with internal teams and legal advisors to ensure investment documentation aligns with commercial terms and strategic goals. -Regularly review the financial performance of existing investments, focusing on P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.

What You Bring

-Professional certifications (CFA, CA, CAIA, PMP) that demonstrate your expertise. -Excel in land acquisition analysis by assessing potential investments, evaluating market viability, and determining long-term value. -Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within private equity or real estate. -Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. -Exceptional financial modelling skills with expertise in valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis. -Proven track record in land acquisition analysis, including feasibility studies and risk assessment. -Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies. -Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
