What You Bring
-Exceptional communication and customer service skills. -Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment -Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-critical tasks. -Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours. -You are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve the process. -Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1& 2 -Valid driver’s license.
