  • Analysis of asset valuation
  • Analysis and implementation of project specific hedging requirements, through FX/Inflation/IRS products
  • Review and analysis of Share and Purchase Agreements, including warranty and indemnity packages
  • Provide feedback on team members and ensure training is attended where appropriate
  • Review and Analysis of financing agreements and guarantee structures
  • Take responsibility to be familiar with latest technical developments and relevant legal, regulatory, accounting and taxation developments

  • Leading and negotiating competitive financing processes from RfP stage to Financial Close, through to conditions discharge
  • Review and analysis of Senior Level Financing documentation
  • Analysis of preferred financing solutions on individual asset/portfolio basis
  • Supporting regional development teams in project procurement and contracting strategy to ensure bankable solutions, whilst highlighting key deal issues and areas of exposure
  • Production and review of required Information Memorandums and Internal Approval papers
  • Leading investor due diligence processes and coordinating with external advisors where required
  • Establishing a collaborative relationship with LSbp core lender group
  • Acting as day-to-day lead on project and portfolio financing’s
  • Manage individual and team workload, allocating resources appropriately as well as supervising/reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Proactively manage professional development, not solely concentrating on technical skills but also soft-core skills of negotiating, positioning and influencing

  • 6-8 years of experience preferably with a lender/Investor active in the infrastructure and energy finance space internationally, or with an IPP/vertically integrated developer
  • Detailed oriented and well organised

  • Problem solving and proactive attitude
  • Capable in excel, word, and powerpoint
  • Able to draft and prepare presentation materials including deal teasers, management presentations, deal pipeline books, and other supporting documentation and analysis
  • Able to run pro-forma financial models including DCF, comp comparables, equity placement, and merger and acquisition modeling
  • Fluency in English is essential
