Tasks

-Provide supportto healthcare and monitor regulatory changes. -Manage H&S issuesand improvement plans,deploy H&S standards. -Define, implement, and follow up energy reductionactions according to SE guidelines. -Deploy & pilotthe environmental analysisand energy reviewwith associated risks. -Promote and assist management in the development and application of the group Health policy relevant to protection of all employees(physical, mental and social well being...), proposeand increase the deployment of management tools. -Manage environmental issues of industrial and logistics sites: waste management, management of the emission generated by the Group, definition of Best Available Technologies for the Industrialization of SchneiderElectric products, deployment of environmental standards(ROHS, W3E, etc...) -Embrace the Group Sustainability commitments and drive and promote sustainability in all aspects of site activities, working with the site teams to meet group performance standards -Establish prevention programs in order to avoid work relatedaccidents and occupational illnesses, and related costs. -Manage the procurement, cost follow-up and productivity actionsfor PPE -Guarantee to the Plant Director compliance to regulations in the field of Health,Safety, Environment, Energy and Facility Management -Propose targets, action plan &resources according to SE guidelines. Insure follow up. -Drive and promote the sustainability goals for the site, reporting on performance against these goals -Set up and monitor an ongoing and dynamic approachto Environment/Health & Safety/Sustainability -Ensure KPI & communication accuracy to the Plant Director and outside the plant. -Define technical specification & follow up contract with suppliers. -Deploy SERE methodologies, best practices &improve SERE skillsof employees. -Put in place& pilot contingency plan in case of emergency. -Deploy & pilot the professional risk assessment.

What You Bring

-Accredited to Lead Auditor status an advantage -Holding NEBOSH general certificate as a minimum or an equivalent H&S qualification -A minimum of 8 year’s experience leading EHS within a multi-functional manufacturing facility -For internal SE candidates a working knowledge of the SPS (Schneider Performance System) would be an advantage -Likely to be educated to degree level with a Manufacturing/H&S/Engineering qualification or a related discipline -Natural correspondent with employee council,local & nationalhealth care, environment authorities and other stakeholders. -C007 - Change Management & Implementation Methodology -Experience in leading sustainability initiatives -C005 - Issue Resolution -FE02 - Environment/H&S Regulatories & internal policy Knowledge & Monitoring -English B2 -Good level of IT literacy across a range of MS applications -FE05 - Environment/H&S Systems & Methods -FE04 - Emergency Management -NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
