Tasks

-Interface with vendors, subcontracts, and the client -Develop and direct processes to facilitate the successful completion of projects from start to finish -Give direction, guidance, and support to construction and project management departments -Prioritize projects based on needs and escalation, and assign projects as necessary -Regularly evaluate performance and develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction

What You Bring

-You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work -You have an understanding of basic accounting principals -You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality -You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software -You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging leadership experience, preferably in a telecom construction environment
