Overview

Manage key customer interactions, orders, and delivery commitments in aerospace supply chain.

Tasks

-Validation of Enterprise Material Transfer (EMT) demand flow down to intercompany supplier sites ERP system -Analyze and report on internal and external key customer metrics as it relates to delivery and quality; collaborate with customer to ensure data integrity. -Management of selected customer demand through order entry and loading of schedules downloaded from customer portals (e.g. CEVA Matrix) into the ERP system. -Contract review - work within cross functional teams to develop action plans to close out gaps in meeting customer specifications. -Responsible for collaborating with necessary stakeholders to communicate delivery commitments via customer portals -Use of Customer 360 tool to track customer issues, satisfy CRR actions, prepare proposals/quotations -Manage Customer plant visits, including Customer Orderbook Reviews along with Production and Supply Chain stakeholders -Utilize the customer complaint process for all significant customer concerns and follow up for resolution, including communication of Lines of Balances to the customer -Maintain knowledge and train others to navigate and manage customer websites

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Mgmt (or related) from an accredited institution -1-3 Years Experience of working in the Aerospace Industry -Problem solving -Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding purchasing, production planning, logistics, incoming product inspection and quality policies -ERP, Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
