Tasks
-Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job. -Work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job. -Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. -Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints. -Must maintain positive customer and employee relations. -CC- Caustic Cleaners clean process screens with a concentrated solution daily -Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner. -Communications with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assistance of the company’s goals. -Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required by the job -Assist in formulating sanitation standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery. -“Effectively” communicate with team lead, supervisor, and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations. -Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. -Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures.

-Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. -Training to work in a cutting-edge facility. -Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. -Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. -Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required -Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner -Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. -Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations). -Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties -Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time -Must have working knowledge and be able to operate the following: skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand / power tools. -Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment -Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. -Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools -The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
