The Role
Overview
Drive sales of power system products to utilities in NSW, ACT & WA.

Tasks
-Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product management, project management and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout dealings with you as the Eaton representative. -Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers. -Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management using SalesForce. -Lead contract negotiations, ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. -Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. -Support the Product Manager to ensure the technical requirements are known for future tenders and details are known on where Eaton has a technical advantage, or a product technical development is required to meet customer specification.

What You Bring
-Technical electrical engineering skills are preferred. Experience in dealing with ANZ Energy Utilities is required. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in power engineering sales preferably within a medium or high voltage sales environment. -Selling, pricing, product / market industry knowledge & promotion of the Utility product portfolio to ensure KPI's are met and exceeded (KPI's include order, sales & margin) -Tertiary, or a trade qualification within electrical and/or mechanical engineering is desired. -Excellent communications skills with a consultative approach and growth mindset to problem solving.
