Tasks

-Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. -Drive a structured, inclusive, and consistent hiring process. -Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and operations. -Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, craft clear role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies. -Source, engage, and nurture candidates through creative outreach, networks, and partnerships. -Mentor and guide team members as the talent function grows. -Represent the company as an ambassador at industry events, career fairs, and within the local community.

What You Bring

-Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence decisions. -Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments in aerospace, energy, or advanced manufacturing sectors. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams both on the ground and remotely. -Background in employer branding or building recruiting strategies in new locations. -5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries. -Proven ability to hire for specialized skill sets in competitive markets. -Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.). -Deep knowledge of the Albuquerque or broader Southwest talent market.
