  • Ensure model apartments and common areas are show-ready
  • Conduct daily property walks to maintain curb appeal
  • Build relationships with local businesses for marketing outreach
  • Clearly communicate lease terms, pricing, and amenities
  • Apply strong leasing and telephone techniques to close deals
  • Maintain accurate resident files and property records
  • Guide prospective residents through tours and complete lease paperwork

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior leasing experience preferred; strong customer service or sales experience required
  • 0–4 years: 120 hours
  • Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
  • 5+ years: 160 hours
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Positive, motivated attitude with problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
  • Availability to work Saturdays is required
  • Ability to frequently walk the property and climb stairs
