-Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities -Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns.

What You Bring

-A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this -Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans. -If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! -Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. -Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant. -You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
