Tasks

-Operate the Energy Management Control System and Power Control Console which includes Direct Digital Control (DDC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Uninterrupted Power System (UPS), Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Motor Control Center (MCC), Chiller, Air Handler, VAV and boilers -Seek out and correct potential problems before they occur.

What You Bring

-Must currently have Q clearance or Top Secret Clearance -Must possess knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC operation and maintenance practices, procedures, work methods and equipment -Have good organizational skills with completing paperwork and managing inventory -Experience with operating and monitoring Building Automation Systems in mission critical working environment -Installs, services and repairs environment-control systems in commercial buildings, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting and structural layout -Be able to communicate, work well with customers/co-workers and handle being under pressure at times -Have at least five (5) years of experience operating electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems in a data-center environment
