FP&A Manager

Tasks

-Work cross functionally with our leaders to scale and optimize processes supporting business growth -Develop the FP&A team, driving high levels of engagement, and ensuring team is continuously learning -Lead management reporting for the organization to CRH Americas -Drive the development of driver-based planning and forecasting throughout the organization, incorporating market specific analytics -Own the monthly business review and forecasting routines – includes identifying key risks and opportunities and develop relevant action plans with the leadership team -Enhance and develop tools to support better decision making across the company -Analyzing profitability and trends of the company to identify and action margin enhancement opportunities (pricing, mix, management, etc.) -Work collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organization -Responsible for managing the annual budget & strategic plan,

What You Bring

-ERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite preferred -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skills -Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus -Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred -Organizational skills required in the form of documentation of work/training instructions -Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance, Business or Accounting -Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or another technical field -Extensive Oracle EPM Planning experience required -Experience with BI preferred -Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of implementing business process changes and driving innovation -Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives -5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a global public company environment with significant exposure in manufacturing industry
